My name is Brianna Wilkerson and it's my goal to empower moms to feel healthy, strong and confident by prioritizing their health, self-care and simple habits.

I’m known by most of my clients as the “Educational and Encouraging” Coach or the "Mommy Me Time Coach" because I’m all about sharing the “why", "what", and "how” behind what it truly means to prioritize #mommymetime during any season of motherhood and make space for your heallth and self-care.  That means that you never have to feel alone in reaching your health & life goals ever again.

Here's who I really am...




I'm a self-proclaimed health geek who is completely obsessed with learning the newest ideas and strategies to help moms feel strong, healthy and confident.

I could talk nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, digestion, toxic load, and mindset and habits, hormones, personal development and tips ALL DAY and never get tired or bored.

I've researched, studied and tried so many healthy living plans and tips over the last 20 years and have invested thousands of dollars in my own health and wellness expertise (including various health and wellness certifications and courses).

My passion for sharing my health and wellness knowledge with my clients, so they can have reach their health goals, is what gets me out of bed in the morning. I love teaching, encouraging, and sharing the newest strategies out there that empower my clients to take one small at a step in their health journey - which results in the health freedom they are striving for and why they started caring for their health and bodies in the first place.

But just like for many of the moms I work with, our spiritual health (and faith in God) is a huge part of who we are. Many of us want to not just grow in taking care of our bodies, but grow in our faith, minds, hearts, and other areas of our lives.

And that is exactly what I want to help women with - what I want to help YOU with.

Over the last few years, I’ve developed a deep love for matcha tea and journaling / reading by the water. You will either always find me with tea/coffee and water in hand while on the go.

  • I'm married to a hunk of a guy from California and have been married for over 10 years!

  • I'm from the Cayman Islands and just moved back to Tampa, Florida ​for nearly 5 years!

  • I LOVE brownies - especially Paleo ones by Elana Pantry!

  • I'm a HUGE Lord of the Rings Fan - Aragon anyone?
     
  • I once was jumping on a chair during a Gospel concert and the chair broke, and I fell through it. I looked back and of course my crush at the time saw it!

  • I have an old soul and on a rainy day or sick day, you will find me watching Matlock or Walker Texas Ranger.
  • I'm a momma to ​two beautiful kiddos

Why am I so obsessed with health, self-care and moms finding more joy and fulfillment in their lives?

I’ve seen how quickly a busy mom struggling with making space for their health and self-care can completely turn their health journey around once they have a proven health plan and framework in place. There are many health plans out there to choose from and learning which one or two resonates with you the most is the key you're looking for to reach your health goals once and for all.

When I graduated as a  Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in early 2016 I knew immediately that I wanted to build an online and in person health coaching business to serve other women who also struggled with dieting, body image, and determining what health plan fit them best. I also intuitively knew that education and encouragement would be a key strategy to serving my ideal health coaching client.

So I jumped in with both feet, started seeing clients, and learned as much as I could about helping my clients reach their health goals with a combination of coaching, education, resources and accountability. That time of serving clients in the very beginning of my business paid off BIG TIME because the more I learned about my clients and the more I continued to learn about our  bodies and health, I began to see that there were some key areas in our lives that if we created simple habits around, we all could get the healthy bodies we longed for.

I also began to see that when women started to care for their bodies, it opened them up to caring for their WHOLE health and life - physical, emotional, spiritual, mental and even financial, relational and vocational. Thus, I have now made it my mission to support women in not just caring for their bodies, but their whole health and life.

And from an lifestyle essentials / business mentorship point of view. I love helping women find products in the apparel, beauty and wellness categories that elevate their lives and make them look good and feel good, so they can do good through the work I do with Savvi Lifestyle Co. I also love mentoring women in starting their own business so they can pursue their dreams and make an income and impact,



My Life- Changing Health Story....

Since high school, I tried almost every diet known to man, worked out consistently for a time period than stopped and have struggled to see food as a good thing. I struggled to accept my body's shape and look and did whatever I could to get slim and look perfect. It wasn't until June 2013 when I felt God calling me to pursue health holistically and for the long term, that things started to change.

I started to look at health from a holistic point of view and started to care about myself emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically through a program called First Place 4 Health. I started to make better food choices out of love for myself instead of just to lose weight. I even started exercising consistently by simply walking outside a few days a week. After trying a whole food and holistic program like the Whole30, I was able to see that I could enjoy real, whole foods without thinking about calories, not give into my sugar cravings, and holistically care for my body through exercise, proper stress management, sleep, digestion, toxic load and mindset and habits. I saw that I could actually be healthy, reach my goals, and enjoy every minute of it!

Women I knew started to ask me how I was able to lose weight, be healthy and actually enjoy doing it, and I knew that I just had to start sharing the simple tools I learned so other women could be transformed too!

So I enrolled with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015, started seeing health coaching clients in 2016, and watched one-by-one how women started to see amazing results in their mindset and habits towards healthy living and I knew I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. I later left my corporate job to do coaching full-time and have since been supporting women in their own made well journey.

And as a way of sharing these tips, tools and women's stories with even more women, I have done podcasting, summits, and live shows throughout the years. I'm currently the host of the Mommy Me Time Talks on Instagram and the Mommy Me Time Summits and Retreats.

And to top it all off, I started using lifestyle essentials - clothes, beauty, and wellness products - that elevated my life and helped me look and feel good! So I started sharing about these resources and help mentor other women in sharing these resources, so we can make an income and impact in the world.
