Sleep Tips for Moms, Babies and Kids

Welcome to the sixty-third episode of the Healthy Body Podcast (previously known as the “Be Healthy and Thrive Podcast”.)

My name is Brianna Wilkerson from Made Well, holistic coaching practice designed to empower others to be healthy and thrive in all areas of their lives.

I am a Holistic Health and Life Coach, Essential Oils Advocate, and a Crossfit-Level 1 Trainer with a heart to empower women to have a healthy body and a healthy life. I love seeing women care for their bodies through proper nutrition, consistent exercise, managing stress, sleeping well, digesting foods well, reducing their toxic load, caring for their mindset and habits. However, because I truly believe that your entire life impacts your physical health and vice versa, I also help women be healthy and thrive in their emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational health.

It is my absolute delight and pleasure to bring you this podcast and share with you all my heart and soul around truly being healthy and thriving in all areas of your life!

Joining me on this sixty-third episode is Rachael Kullmann and is all about how moms, babies, and kids can learn to sleep well!

Rachael Kullmann is an infant and child sleep coach and the founder of Sweet Babydreams Sleep Coaching. She specializes in responsive and gentle sleep methods, working with children ages newborn to 5 years old. As a mother of 3 lively active children, Rachael knows what it means to experience sleepless nights and post-partum depression, as well as all the joys and laughter motherhood brings. Her passion is to see families thriving and well-rested, by empowering parents with the specific tools they need to encourage healthy sleep habits in their little ones for life.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • Rachael’s personal story in being a first-time mom and her daughter was struggling with sleep
  • How Rachael tried everything to calm her daughter, improve her acid reflux, and help her sleep but nothing was working
  • How a friend encouraged Rachael to work with a Sleep Coach and how within 3 days of implementing the tips from the Sleep Coach, her daughter slept through the night – over 12 hours!
