Finding Food Freedom in the Holidays

Welcome to the sixty-seventh episode of the Healthy Body Podcast!

My name is Brianna Wilkerson from Made Well, holistic coaching practice designed to empower others to be healthy and thrive in all areas of their lives.

I am a Holistic Health and Life Coach, Essential Oils Advocate, and a Crossfit-Level 1 Trainer with a heart to empower working women to overcome yo-yo dieting, honor their bodies and get a healthy body they love and are proud of. I love seeing women care for their bodies through proper nutrition, consistent exercise, managing stress, sleeping well, digesting foods well, reducing their toxic load, caring for their mindset and habits. However, because I truly believe that your entire life impacts your physical health and vice versa, I also help women be healthy and thrive in their emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational health.

I also love empowering working women to use non-toxic solutions like essential oils for their health and those they love!

It is my absolute delight and pleasure to bring you this podcast and share with you all my heart and soul around truly being healthy and thriving in all areas of your life!

Joining me on this sixty-seventh episode is with Deanna Wilcox, all on finding food freedom in the holidays!

Deanna Wilcox‘s passion for bringing more joy to the lives of others began at a very early age. In college, this led her to receive a degree in occupational therapy. It was another 8 years before she discovered her true passion – health & wellness coaching. Now as a coach of 7 years, Deanna loves connecting deeply with her clients to help them find joy, calm, and freedom in their diet, lifestyle, and mindset. She loves to help her clients let get of the rules, dogma and limiting beliefs that have kept them unsuccessful and unhappy. Her passion is to help them tap into their own knowledge about what is right for them with her guidance, accountability, and reassurance. She’s also passionate about helping her clients reduce the number of modern “dangers” to their health, including reducing toxins of many varieties in their lives. Furthermore, she enjoys helping her clients find more balance and ease in a society that glorifies “the hustle.”
