How to Grow Your Own Food

Welcome to the eighty-eighth episode of the Healthy Body Podcast all about how to grow your own food.

My name is Brianna Wilkerson from Made Well, holistic coaching practice designed to empower others to be healthy and thrive in all areas of their lives.

I am a Holistic Health and Life Coach, Essential Oils Advocate, and a Crossfit-Level 1 Trainer with a heart to empower working women to overcome yo-yo dieting, honor their bodies and get a healthy body they love and are proud of. I love seeing women care for their bodies through proper nutrition, consistent exercise, managing stress, sleeping well, digesting foods well, reducing their toxic load, caring for their mindset and habits. However, because I truly believe that your entire life impacts your physical health and vice versa, I also help women be healthy and thrive in their emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational health.

I also love empowering working women to use non-toxic solutions like essential oils for their health and those they love!

It is my absolute delight and pleasure to bring you this podcast and share with you all my heart and soul around truly being healthy and thriving in all areas of your life, starting with your physical health.
