How to Detox Your Hormones and Feel Good Again

Welcome to the one-hundredth and tenth episode, all about the relationship between toxins and hormone health!

My name is Brianna Wilkerson from Made Well, a holistic coaching practice designed to empower others to be healthy and thrive in all areas of their lives.

I am a Holistic Health and Life Coach, Essential Oils Advocate, and a Crossfit-Level 1 Trainer with a heart to empower busy women to ditch dieting, lose weight and reclaim their health for good. Today’s episode is the sixth in a series of eight episodes on hormones, with this one focusing on the relationship between toxins and your hormones! Bridgit Danner is our guest today!

Bridgit Danner has been a licensed acupuncturist since 2004 and a certified Functional Diagnostic practitioner since 2015. She has given over 12,000 treatments in her career.

Her interest in natural health grew from an interest in protecting the environment. Even as a child, she was donating her allowance to Greenpeace and writing cosmetic companies to ask about their practices!

While busy running a busy integrative wellness center in Portland, Oregon, she developed an environmental illness due to toxic mold in her home. Already experienced in hormone management and nutrition, she became acutely aware of the powerful impact of the environment on her health.

She and her family lost their house and everything in it to toxic mold, and they moved 1,000 miles to the Arizona desert to heal.

Bridgit now educates about toxins and detox through her online community and coaches women on how to detoxify through a functional approach.
