Here are some frequently asked questions I get around my program and some answers below!

1. How do I know if this 6 month Sustainable Weight Loss Success Program is for me?

If you are ready for lasting change and transformation in your physical health and weight, this is for you! During the 6 month program, together we will implement one step and habit at a time to help you move towards ditching diets, losing weight that lasts and getting a healthy body you love and are proud of.

2. What’s included?

3. How much time is required?

That’s totally up to you, but for the 6 month program, around 1 hour a week should do it. This includes coaching sessions, reviewing materials, and connecting in our e-support.
