Welcome to the one-hundredth and sixty-fourth episode, where we discuss how moms can replenish their bodies during their journey of motherhood.

My name is Brianna Wilkerson from Made Well, and I’m the Founder / CEO of Made Well – a practice designed to see women be healthy and thrive in all areas of their lives.

Kim Perez is a Functional Nutritionist (FNTP, RWP) for moms and moms to-be, and the creator of the Root and Branch Method. She’s a recovering perfectionist whose own journey catalyzed her mission to help other women feel vibrant, whole, and at home in their bodies throughout all stages of motherhood: Preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum and beyond. Through her signature method, Kim helps women uncover the root cause of imbalances, optimize their health, strengthen their bodies, and learn to nurture and nourish themselves to feel happy and healthy despite life’s challenges. She strongly believes that women deserve to feel good as they honor their uniqueness and new roles as moms.
