Ashlee Wright was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Orlando, Fl about 7 years ago. She always thought she wanted to be a chef and also thought about chemistry and she thinks the two things came together. She then realized that nutrition was what she wanted to pursue. She had family members that suffered from heart disease and diabetes and I wanted to be part of the prevention.

She has worked in different areas of nutrition including diabetes education and eventually moved to the weight loss space and that is where her passion is. To clear the air of nutrition misinformation and help guide clients to a joyful life of eating rather than a restricted life. She lives in FL with my husband, 2 girls, and their rescue pup Porter. Cooking continues to be a huge passion of hers and loves experimenting in the kitchen.
