Avery Thatcher is a former ICU Registered Nurse who got out of the reactive side of medicine in 2015 and has been helping high achievers reverse the negative health effects of stress and prevent burnout. Using her signature Flow State Framework in her group programs and one-on-one sessions, Avery has guided hundreds of high achievers on how to Recover their energy, Optimize their habits, and Elevate their impact.
